Ingredients:
1/3 C Chia Seeds
1 C Coconut Milk
1/2 Mango, chopped
Directions:
1) We weren't kidding when we said this recipe was super easy. Simply combine the chia seeds and coconut milk in a bowl, stir, cover and set overnight in the fridge. The mixture will expand so make sure there's some room to grow in the bowl.
2) Wake up to a creamy, coconutty, tropical treat that'll have you questioning whether this is healthy or not. Believe us, it is!
