To put it simply, it’s the most amazing jewelry subscription box on the planet, where we’ll deliver 2 exclusive jewelry items (up to $65 value) right to your door for just $19.95/month +tax. Oh, and shipping is on us for U.S. orders!

 
Here’s how it works:
  • When you sign up for the Jewelry Club, you'll be charged at that time and your order will ship within 24-48 hours. After your first order, you'll be charged on the 7th of each month following. (FYI: If you purchase either the semi-annual or yearly subscriptions, you’ll be charged a one-time fee of $102 or $180 +tax, respectively, and your orders will process and ship in the same timeframe as regular monthly orders.)
  • Around the 15th of each month, you’ll receive a new set of exclusive styles --think earrings, necklaces, rings and more! Everything's super on-trend and perfect for the girl who’ll try anything once. (P.S. All the earrings are designed for pierced ears!).
  • Heads up: If you join the club within the last two days of the month, we’ll automatically skip the next month so you don’t get charged back to back. For example, if you subscribe on July 31st, your next order won't be charged on August 7th; instead, it will be charged and shipped on September 7th. So don't worry, you aren't missing a monthly package!
  • If you aren’t 100% happy with your Jewelry Monthly Club subscription, you can cancel or contact us at any time! Just email us at info.eu@puravidabracelets.com.

To put it simply, it’s the most amazing bracelet subscription box on the planet, where we’ll deliver 3 exclusive Pura Vida bracelets (up to $45 value) right to your door for just $14.95/month +tax. Oh, and shipping is always free on U.S. orders!

 
Here’s how it works:
  • When you sign up for the Bracelet Club, you'll be charged at that time and your order will ship within 24-48 hours. After your first order, you'll be charged on the 7th of each month following.(FYI: If you purchase either the 3-month or yearly subscriptions, you’ll be charged a one-time fee of $39 or $132 +tax, respectively, and your orders will process and ship in the same timeframe as regular monthly orders.)
  • Around the 15th of each month, you’ll receive a new set of exclusive bracelets handpicked by our in-house team of stylists and favorite Instagram influencers.

Bracelet Club Pack FAQs

1. What Bracelet Club pack will I receive when I sign up?

The monthly pack you receive when you first sign up for the best subscription (EVER), depends on when you subscribed! Because each bracelet pack gets released on the 7th of every month, those that sign up before then will receive the previous month’s pack. Any subscriptions that start after the 7th will receive the current month’s pack if it’s still in stock. If you subscribe for the Bracelet Club after we’ve already sold out, don’t worry! We’ll still send you a different exclusive monthly pack we’ve put aside for new subscribers!

 

What do I do if I received a different Bracelet Club pack?

If you signed up for the Monthly Club and there was a notice in red letters on the Monthly Club page when you started, chances are that we were out of stock for that month’s pack. But don’t worry: You’ll still receive an exclusive Monthly Club pack, and even if it’s different from that month’s official stack, it’s going to be super awesome. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a replacement, refund or return on your mystery pack, since we notified you when you subscribed that our current Monthly Club pack was sold out.

Manage My Monthly Club Subscription

Want to make some changes to your Monthly Club subscription? Just log into your puravidabracelets.com account with the email address used for your subscription, then click “Manage My Subscription” in your account settings. All of your subscriptions will load on your subscription page.  After pressing "More Details" it will allow you to: 
  • View or update the payment card you have on file. If we’re unable to process your card on the 7th of the month, we’ll send you an email each day for one week until the card info is updated. If you don’t update your payment details within 7 days, your subscription will be cancelled. Once you’ve updated your info, your Monthly Club order will be processed within 24 hours, and you’ll receive an email with details about your order status.
  • Update your address. You can make changes to your shipping and/or billing address at any time, but make sure to update them before the 7th of the month if your shipping address has changed. We process Monthly Club orders on the 7th of each month, and we want to make sure yours is going to the right place!
  • Update your shipping method. Don’t forget: Monthly Club shipping to the U.S. is always free!
  • View your upcoming orders. 
  • View your transactions. This will show you what Monthly Club packs you’ve received in the past.
  • Change your product (QTY). You can add another subscription, which will increase your monthly amount by 1 subscription cost ($14.95 or $19.95). However, we strongly suggest creating another subscription account instead to be 100% sure that you’ll receive two packs.
  • Change your Jewelry Club Ring size. Check out the Products in your subscription section and swap your product out and rock your exclusive rings on different fingers or get the right size! To ensure your change is effective for your next order, ensure you make the change prior to the 7th of every month! 


 

Cancel My Monthly Club Subscription

Of course, you can! (Though we’re pretty sure you’ll never want to…) To cancel before the next month processes, send us an email at info.eu@puravidabracelets.com and we can help you out!
    Note: Please make sure your cancellation is before the 7th of the month, prior to when all Monthly Club orders are processed. 
    Want to pause your subscription instead of cancel? You can do that as often as you’d like, at no additional charge! -- you may do so through your account still!
    Canceling your Monthly Club subscription is 100% free, and there are three easy ways you can get in touch with us if you need additional help.
